Refund and Cancellation Policy
MCS Waste Group Ltd aims to provide reliable, efficient, and transparent waste management services. To ensure clarity and fairness, please carefully review our Refund and Cancellation Policy outlined below:
Cancellations
- Skip Hire Bookings: You may cancel your skip hire booking up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will incur no charge.
- Late Cancellations: If cancellation is requested less than 48 hours before scheduled delivery, a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total booking amount will apply.
- Same-day Cancellations: Same-day cancellations may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the total booking amount due to operational costs.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are available where services have been cancelled according to the cancellation policy above.
- Processing: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 working days from the cancellation confirmation.
- Non-Refundable Situations: No refunds will be issued for skips already delivered to your site, partially or fully loaded, or if we are unable to collect due to restricted access, overloaded skips, hazardous waste, or other non-compliance with our terms.
Service Issues and Complaints
- Damaged or Incorrect Skip: If you receive a damaged or incorrect skip, please contact us immediately at 020 3576 3916. We will rectify the issue promptly by exchanging the skip at no additional cost.
- Delays: While MCS Waste Group strives to meet all delivery and collection schedules, delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated clearly. Compensation or partial refunds for significant inconvenience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
